On the ITpro website, which provides comprehensive information to IT professionals and can boast monthly PVs of 20 million and UBs of 3 million, the ITpro EXPO Special Site will be launched as the central promotional channel. There, alongside information about exhibitors and seminars, an ample array of preview articles, articles related to exhibitions and breaking news on the exhibition will be provided to make readers highly motivated to visit the venue.
To coincide with the ITpro EXPO 2008 Autumn, 10 media organizations that specialize in ICT will mobilize resources to plan and edit articles, and a special edition focused on the event will be issued in October and delivered to pre-registered exhibitors and applicants. Contents will be organized to assist readers to gain advance knowledge before visiting the exhibition to ensure highly motivated visitors will attend.
We will send a series of special e-mails focused on features and various seminars of the ITpro EXPO during the event period from September to December to the ITpro membership of 600,000.
E-mails to visitors to past ICT-related exhibitions and seminars organized by Nikkei BP and to the readers of magazines and web-based media will be sent out in large volumes. The web-based media of external IT companies will also be utilized to send e-mails.
The database of quality customers held by Nikkei BP will be fully utilized to send out direct mails in large numbers.
The ITpro EXPO will be created by mobilizing all available resources of Nikkei BP's ICT media. Focused articles and preview articles relating to exhibition contents will be prepared by each editorial desk to raise the interest of readers and encourage attendance.
A promotional campaign will be carried out centering on Nikkei BP's specialty magazines, such as Nikkei Computer and Nikkei Business, aimed at the target groups of IT professionals and corporate executives.
