<p class="note"><b>Booth configuration</b> Managing office will decide the location of booths, based on application date, booth size, booth content, past exhibition records of exhibitors, etc. and provide the floor plan on the orientation day.</p>
<p class="note"><b>Cancellation of space</b> If an exhibitor cancels the space reserved in part or whole, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the terms and conditions of the exhibition. For cancellations received before July 10, 2009, 30% of the exhibition fee will be charged as cancellation fee. For any cancellation received on and after July 11, 2009, 100% of the fee will be charged as cancellation fee.</p>
